Sylvia is the director of Motiva Consulting. With over 15 years’ experience in retail training management roles, Motiva Consulting originated in 2010 with the vision to support retailers large and small with all their training requirements.
Designing policies and procedures was just one of the many services offered by Motiva Consulting and over the years Sylvia identified a gap.
Sylvia kept asking herself; why don’t businesses keep their most important documents up to date, and why are they exposing themselves to so much risk? Why are they not storing their policies and procedures more safely or making them more accessible? There had to be a better way.
Over the next couple of years, Sylvia’s concept developed and her vision became clear. It was a no-brainer. Every business needed her offering. She met Adam and TicBox was born.
